The Heart

The most important component of the circulatory system that connects the 100 trillions cells in the human body one by one, is, without doubt, the heart. With its four different chambers that pump deoxygenated and oxygenated blood to different parts of the body without mixing them with one another, and with its valves that function as safety valves, the heart’s design depends on highly delicate balances.

Our heart, which constantly beats throughout our lives at a certain pace although we do not intervene at all, is one of the clearest pieces of evidence of the Creation.

Starting to beat in the mother’s womb, the heart works, without stopping at all during our entire lifetime, with a rhythm of 70-100 beats per minute. It rests only for half a second between each beat and it beats approximately 100,000 times a day. When a human’s life span is considered, we would come across a figure quite hard to calculate.

All the structures in the heart, which has an extremely delicate order in its operation, are specially designed. In the heart, every detail has been considered: the deoxygenated and oxygenated blood’s not mixing with one another, the regulation of body pressure, the operations required for the delivery of nutrients to the whole body, and the systems that pump blood only as much as needed. The heart is accordingly designed for all of the above.

In the heart, which is a wonder of design, exists a system so complex that it could not by any means have been formed by coincidence. All of these features present us their designer, that is, Allah, the Sustainer of all the worlds, Who creates flawlessly and without an example.

A few features of the heart can be listed:

The heart is placed in one of the most protected places in the body: By being placed in the rib-cage with a special design, the heart, one of the most important organs, is very well protected against external blows.

Deoxygenated and oxygenated bloods never mix: In the heart, deoxygenated and oxygenated bloods are in constant motion. A special tissue divides the heart into four chambers with different features. The upper part comprises the right and the left atria, which are filling chambers. They pass the blood to the ventricles below. Thanks to the delicate order here, the bloods never mix with each other.

It regulates the blood pressure in such a way that it does no harm to the organs: The heart works not like a single pump, but like two adjacent pumps, each of which has its own ventricle and atrium. This separation also divides our circulatory system into two. The right side of the heart sends blood with a relatively lower pressure to the lungs and the left side pumps blood with a higher pressure to the whole body. This pressure regulation is very important, because if the blood sent to the lungs were pumped with the same pressure as the blood sent out around the body, the lungs would be crushed, being unable to stand this pressure. The perfect balance in the heart does not permit such a problem to occur in the lungs, because the heart is flawlessly designed.

It provides for the transportation of many needed materials to the organs: Clean blood coming from the heart is transmitted to the tissues by the aorta and oxygen is carried to the tissues by the vessels that reach all the cells. During its circulation in the capillaries, blood distributes substances other than oxygen such as hormones, food and other kind of nutrients to the tissues.

It has valves arranging the direction of bloodstream and working in perfect harmony: In the heart, there are valves in the mouth of each chamber that prevent the blood from flowing in the reverse direction. These valves between the atria and ventricles are made of fibrous tissues and held by very thin muscles. Since excess blood would leak towards the atriums if one of these muscles stopped functioning, then serious heart disease would occur that would cause even death. We come across with such a condition only in cases of disease. A contrary condition never occurs.

It pumps the required amount of blood depending on changing conditions: The amount of blood pumped by the heart changes according to the needs of the body. Under normal conditions, the heart beats 70 times a minute. While doing strenuous exercise, during which the muscles need more oxygen, the heart increases the amount of blood it pumps and raises its pace to 180 times per minute. What would happen if this were not so? If the heart were to work at a normal pace when the body needed more energy, the balance would be harmed and the body would be injured. However, no such thing occurs because of the perfect structure of the heart. Without making us obliged to engage in its regulation, the heart regulates the amount of blood to be pumped.

It functions away from our control, yet, exactly as it should: The amount of blood to be pumped by the heart is controlled by a special nervous system. Whether we are asleep or awake, our nervous system by itself regulates the amount of blood to be pumped and the speed of pumping. The structure of the heart - that regulates without any intervention as to where, when and how blood is needed - is flawless. Since the heart could not have formed this system on its own, or this perfect system could not have formed by coincidence, the heart is created. Allah, Who has infinite knowledge, designed it in the most flawless manner possible.

It operates with a special electrical system: The muscle which makes the heart beat and which is called the heart muscle, is different from all other muscles in the body. Ordinary muscle cells in the body contract whenever stimulated by the nervous system. However, heart muscle cells contract by themselves. Those cells have the capability of initiating and spreading their own electrical current. Although each cell possesses this capability, none of them contracts independently from the others because then they would function against the instructions of the electrical system controlling them. In other words, they do not cause a chaos that would disturb the regular pace of the heart, in which one part contracts while the other relaxes. These cells, which are found in the form of a chain, act together as per the instruction given by the electrical system. Again, a flawless harmony is at work.

As seen in all of its features, the structure of the heart shows us its flawless design, that is, its "being created", and it thus presents us its Designer. It presents us Allah, the Sustainer of all the worlds, Who is not seen, yet presents Himself to us in everything He has created.

Human Brain: The Unbeatable network system in the world.

The global telecommunications network that enables hundreds of millions of telephone calls to be made simultaneously is something amazing. Yet in comparison to the network found in a person’s brain, it seems quite ordinary. A human brain contains, on the average, 100 billion neurons.

We cite the following example to understand this perfect network better: if the brain’s neurons were laid end to end, they would stretch for several hundred thousand kilometers. This extraordinary network is a main reason why scientists describe the brain as one of the universe’s greatest mysteries.

There are around 100 trillion places in the brain, known as synapses, where chemical processes occur. Any bodily cell can establish a connection with 1,000 separate brain cells by utilizing these synapses. The speed of the resulting information processing is truly amazing—one single data byte can reach 100,000 neurons at the same time. As a result, the brain functions hundreds of thousands of times faster than the most advanced computer. Dr Kerry Bernstein, IBM’s director of technology, has said that it does not seem possible to make a similar device with the same speed and characteristics.¹

Of course, it is impossible to build such a comprehensive network, squeeze it into a minute space, construct quadrillions of connections, and then ensure that they all work in milliseconds. Creating this perfect system, which has existed in each human being who has ever lived, is beyond human capability. 

The slightest brain damage can leave a person handicapped or even dead. In fact, this organ is so delicate that the failure of electrical signals to reach a single cell can cause the loss of one of the senses that enable us to perceive the outside world. No single point in it can come into being by chance, and its perfect organization and equipment cannot be altered in a random manner.

The brain, this comprehensive and detailed miracle, was created so that people could realize this truth. This great gift belongs to Almighty Allah, Who provides all kinds of blessings without demanding any recompense. The existence of this sublime marvel of creation once again displays our Lord’s greatness and might:

We created humanity from the purest kind of clay, then made him a drop in a secure receptacle, then formed the drop into a clot, formed the clot into a lump, formed the lump into bones, clothed the bones in flesh, and then brought him into being as another creature. Blessed be Allah, the Best of Creators. (Surat al-Mu’minun, 12-14)

Observable Universe - Diameter 93 billion light years

Almighty Allah created the universe from a single point with a huge explosion. While all other explosions damage the existing order, the 300 billion galaxies in the universe emerged from zero volume, nothing in other words, with this explosion, known as the Big Bang. The Galaxy (Milky Way) we live in is just one of these 300 billion galaxies. There are 250 billion stars in the Milky Way. The sun is one of these 250 billion stars.

                                      

Allah has created the Earth as a living space within the boundless universe. We live on a world that occupies almost no place at all within infinity. In fact, not just our Earth but even our galaxy occupies a tiny place in the universe.

This is the picture of stars in the space. It is seen that these stars are very crowded and congested in space. Our this belief is not real and true. Now looking at the reality, the average distance of stars are 5 light years.

How much distance this 5 light years occupies?

The speed of light is 3,00,000 km in a second.

Light travels 48 trillion km in 5 years.

What is 48 trillion?

48 trillion = 48 thousand billion*.

This is the distance only between two stars.

(*In the American system one billion is 1,000,000,000 and a trillion is 1,000,000,000,000 so one trillion is one thousand times one billion.)

There are 250 billions stars in our galaxy. One can not imagine  the diameter of galaxy if it is occupies 250 billion stars. How many galaxies are there in our universe? There  are 300 billions galaxies in observable universe.

How much distance is between two galaxies?

Our galaxy is Milky Way galaxy, it has a neighbor galaxy named Andromeda galaxy. Andromeda galaxy is 2.2 million light years away from us.

The farthest galaxy seen is about 13 billion light years away.

How big is the universe in light years?

It is estimated that the diameter of the observable universe is about 28.5 gigaparsecs (93 billion light-years, 8.8×10²³ kilometres or 5.5×10²³ miles), putting the edge of the observable universe at about 46.5 billion light-years away. This is only  estimation of observable  universe.

Can anybody imagine the diameter of 93 billion light years?

Allah has created this universe with a  

Single command "Be!" and it is.

This is the power of Almighty Allah.

વ ઝિનતે અર્શહી

ઉસકે અર્શ કે વઝન કે બરાબર,

ઉસકી તારીફ કે કલિમાત કે બરાબર 

Our existence is not by chance

A person who is about to read a post knows that it has been written by an author for a specific reason. It would not even occur to him that this post might have come into being by chance. In the same manner, a few bricks resting on top of one another make one think that they must have been brought to rest just so by someone within a certain plan. Therefore, everywhere where there is an order – either small or big – a founder and protector of this order must also exist. If, one day, somebody came forward and said that raw iron and coal came together to form steel by chance, which in turn constructed the Eiffel Tower again by chance, would not he and those who believed him be regarded as insane?

The claim of the theory of evolution, the unique method of denying the existence of Allah, is no different from this. According to the theory, inorganic molecules formed amino acids by chance, amino acids formed proteins by chance, and finally proteins formed living creatures again by chance. However, the probability of a living creature being formed by coincidence is less than the probability of the Eiffel Tower being formed in the same manner, because even the simplest living cell is more sophisticated than any man-made structure in the world.

How is it possible to think that the balance in the world came about by coincidence when the extraordinary harmony of nature is observable even with the naked eye? It is the most unreasonable claim to say that the universe, each point of which suggests the existence of its Creator, has come into being on its own.

Therefore, there should be an originator of the balance visible everywhere from our body to the farthest corners of the inconceivably vast universe. So, who is this Creator that ordained everything so subtly and created all?

He cannot be any material being present within the universe, because His must be a will that existed before the universe and created the universe therewith. The Almighty Creator is One in Whom everything finds existence, yet Whose existence is without any beginning or end.

Religion teaches us the identity of our Creator Whose existence we discover with our reason. Through what He has revealed to us as religion, we know that He is Allah, the Compassionate and the Merciful, Who created the heavens and the earth from nothing.

Although most people have the capability to grasp this fact, they spend their lives unaware of it. When they look at a landscape painting, they wonder who its painter is. Later, they praise the artist at length for his beautiful work of art. Despite the fact that they face numerous originals of the natural world he painted the moment they turn around, they still disregard the existence of Allah, Who is the only owner of all these beauties. In truth, no lengthy research is needed to understand the existence of Allah. Even if one of us had to live in a room from the time he was born, countless pieces of evidence in this room alone would be enough for him to grasp the existence of Allah.

The Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Plant is a large, modern ABWR nuclear power plant on a 4.2-square-kilometer (1,038 acres) site including land in the towns of Kashiwazaki and Kariwa in Niigata Prefecture with a net capacity of 7,965MW.

Sun is converting its own mass into energy. Protons (hydrogen nuclei) are making fusion reactions and produce helium according to the proton-proton cycle or to the carbon cycle (By Hans Bethe in 1939. Bethe received the 1967 Nobel Prize in Physics.).Sun squeezes its own mass into energy. It converts  564 million tons hydrogen into 560 million tons helium every second. The almighty Allah has set the system of fusion that the gas in our sun (hydrogen and helium nuclei) is hot enough to produce collisions where fusion can take place. In the centre of the sun the temperature is about 15 million degrees centigrade.

Supernova the super Nuclear Reactor

Explosion of a star is called Supernova. Supernovas can briefly outshine entire galaxies. They’re also the primary source of heavy elements in the universe. According to NASA, supernovas are “the largest explosion that takes place in space.”
Stars explode every second somewhere in the universe in different galaxies. There are 300 billion galaxies in the observable universe and each galaxy has more than 250 billion stars. This supernova event is occurred in every second in the universe.This Gamma rays bursts are the most energetic and luminous electromagnetic events and can release more energy in 10 seconds than our sun will emit in 10 billion years.

-         Astronomers found the most powerful supernova they had ever seen, an event called ASSASN-15lh. Their report published in the contained a journal Science measurement of the total power of this explosion:

-         Converting a chunk of uranium smaller than a pea directly to energy via E = mc²produced the nuclear blast that leveled Hiroshima. The energy of ASSASN-15lh is comparable to converting the entire moon to pure energy every 30 seconds. The biggest thermonuclear blast ever created was a billion trillion times less energy than one second of this supernova.

-         Our sun produces 3.8 x 10²⁶ watts of power. So, this supernova was about 580 billion times brighter than our sun.

-         The Milky Way galaxy in which we live burns with roughly 8 x 10³⁶ watts. For its few dying days, the supernova is nearly 30 times more luminous than our entire galaxy.

-         A massive power plant produces about 10⁹ watts. The total electrical energy generated by all power plants on earth is about 7.9 x 10¹⁹ Joules per year. In a single nanosecond, ASSASN-15lh expelled more energy than those power plants could produce, operating at full capacity, for 2.8 billion years.

This supernova is a single command of Allah “Be”, and it is. This the power of our Creator.
