Think about the things that are offered to you by Allah. You’re
living in a world that has been designed and formed especially for you. You
didn’t do anything to make your way to this world or its wondrous order. You
made no contribution to any of these things.
You only opened your eyes one day
and found yourself in the midst of all these blessings.
You can see, hear and feel. But
all this happened only because Allah willed to create you. In return, He only
asked us to be grateful to Him, as He maintained in the Qur’an:
Allah brought you out of
your mothers’ wombs knowing nothing at all, and gave you hearing, sight and
hearts so that perhaps you would show thanks. (Qur’an, 16: 78)
